Bituminous Flashing Tape is a Self -Adhesive tape made of a Butyl & Bitumen Rubber Compund, Self Protected by re-enforced Aluminum Foil on one side and Adhesive side is protected by Release Film. Flashing Tape is a simple yet highly effective solution for waterproofing, sealing and insulation. Bitumen tape (or flashing tape) is a self-adhesive, cold-applied waterproofing strip made from polymer-modified bitumen, often reinforced with aluminum foil or film, designed to seal gaps, cracks, and joints in construction for excellent waterproofing, sealing, and insulation, working on surfaces like roofs, walls, pipes, and gutters by simply peeling the backing and pressing it into place                                                                    

• Structure: Typically has a self-adhesive bitumen layer, a release film (liner) on the adhesive side, and a top layer of aluminum foil or HDPE for protection against UV and weather.
